Delivery
The Suit Shop offers FREE DELIVERY on all items sold on our site. Delivery is usuallu within 2-5 working days for United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday excluding weekends, bank holidays and the dreaded postal strikes. All orders placed after 2pm Friday through to Sunday will be usually be despatched on the Monday or Tuesday of that week. If you require special delivery or a faster delivery service a cost will be incurred, to arrange this please contact us via email at thesuitshop@aol.com

International Orders
Unfortunately only UK orders benifit from free delivery. Customers outside the British Isles will need to select a different postage amount

Returns & Exchanges
Whilst aiming to provide the best possible service for our customers we do understand that some times goods need to be returned for exchange or refund.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2334/2000). You must inform us by post or e-mail within 7 days of receiving the goods, of your intention to return them. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, in undamaged stock condition suitable for resale. You must pay the carriage cost of returning the goods.

If the problem is due to faulty or damaged goods you will be offered a full refund or an exchange (subject to availability). All other refunds are not inclusive of postage and packing.

In the event of ordering the incorrect size then we will gladly exchange (subject to availability) the item(s) providing the item(s) are returned to us within 14 days of receipt in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.When returning items please enclose your original order details and your requirements with regard to exchange or refund.

Upon recipt of the goods we will debit/credit your account within 3 working days.
We are not responsible for any bank charges you may incur when ordering/exchanging goods.
